Part of a global network

B Lab Nordics is part of the B Global Network: a unified group of global, regional, and national organisations across six continents. As part of this international network, our purpose is to empower businesses in the Nordics towards an inclusive, regenerative and equitable way of doing business.

With our team we answer to the growing interest of companies to become a certified B Corp. And we encourage our existing community of B Corps, to become change agents and drive collective action in their sector. We connect companies and organisations locally to spur local impact and promote use of the B Impact Assessment and other tools and training. Meet our Nordic team

Our local team at B Lab Nordics is responsible for growing, engaging and mobilising the B Corp community in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Iceland – while influencing business culture and legislation to drive systems change.

Do you want to help transform the role of business in society?

We’re looking for interns to join our team for the spring semester of 2026.

At B Lab Nordics, we’re a small, purpose-driven team working to grow the B Corp movement across Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden. With 185+ certified B Corps and counting, we believe business can be a force for good.

We’re seeking curious, proactive students who want to help build a better economy. Whether your strengths lie in communication, community, research, or project coordination, we’d love to hear from you!

    You might be a good fit if you:

    • Have a passion for developing and delivering engaging and agenda-setting events and webinars that inspire more businesses to drive necessary changes in our society. E.g. onboarding events and Nordic B Together
    • Have an interest in and insight into B Lab’s standards and sustainability topics
    • Have a talent for engaging and mobilising for change
    • Enjoy the full process, from idea and logistics to coffee-making and communications
    • Know how to bring stories to life on social media
    • Like being in touch with all kinds of people and giving them a great experience
    • Enjoy or would like to learn working with tech systems (we use e.g. GSuite, TicketTailor, Zoom, WordPress, Canva and Salesforce)
    What you'll get:
    • A 6-month internship full of learning, development and real responsibility
