How to join? Can I bring an extra colleague?
The event is for B Corp only and we’re welcoming up to two people from each B Corp. If space allows, more are welcome to join. We have a waiting list. You can sign up to the event here
What’s the cost of participating?
The event is free to attend, but spots are limited. The long-table dinner in the courtyard at 5:30 is self-paid.
How to get to the event?
The event takes place at B Lab Nordics, Wilders Plads 9, Copenhagen. You can grab a bike, or take the Metro to Christianshavn station, followed by a 10-minute walk.
If you have to cancel
If for any reason you need to cancel, please let us know by email at: hschrewe (at) bcorporation.eu. If cancel less than 72 hours before the event, and we are unable to fill your spot, a no-show fee of 300 DKK may apply.

B Corp Bazaar
There will be a space at the event where every B Corp can present your product or service and hopefully bring home a new customer, supplier or collaboration partner.
How you will be visible
- Each participating B Corp will get an A3 poster (we provide the template) to present your company, what you offer and what you are looking for.
- Optional: Bring and place one small product/sample or a simple service artefact (e.g. book, brochure) on shared shelves.
How to join
If you would like to take part, please email Helena Schrewe (hschrewe@bcorporation.eu) by 17 August, with the information below for your A3 poster.
- Company name, logo (high‑res), location (city/country) and sector
- 1–2 sentences: company description
- What you offer (products/services)
- What you are looking for (suppliers, customers, collaboration partners, sectors). (This part is optional; if you don’t have something specific here, that is totally fine)
- Contact person (name, role, email, LinkedIn)
- Link for QR code (website, LinkedIn or landing page)
- Optional: 1–2 product/service photos for the poster
Please note that the Bazaar is not a traditional sales fair but one part of the programme. Space is limited, and the focus is on relationship-building and practical collaboration. It is an exhibition space where participants can browse posters and products at their own pace and connect with the contacts they find relevant.
