With our team we answer to the growing interest of companies to become a certified B Corp. And we encourage our existing community of B Corps, to become change agents and drive collective action in their sector. We connect companies and organisations locally to spur local impact and promote use of the B Impact Assessment and other tools and training. We’re looking for a Senior Community Coordinator!
Do you want to help transform the role of business in society? Join B Lab Nordics and help build a stronger, more impactful B Corp community with 190+ certified companies across the Nordic countries! If you’re based in the Copenhagen/Øresund region, speak a Nordic language, and are passionate about connecting people and creating positive change, we’d love to hear from you. Experience in organizing events and customer relationship management is required, and knowledge of sustainability impact management or the B Corp movement is a big plus.

📍 On-site and hybrid (our office is in Christianshavn, Copenhagen)
🧘 4-day work week
You will play a key role in facilitating the community experience and supporting B Corps in engaging with the wider B Corp community and movement.

We’re looking for a new Student Sustainability & Certification intern starting in August 2026! Are you curious about how business can be a force for good? Want to help grow a movement that puts people, communities, and the planet first?
B Lab Nordics is looking for an intern to support our team in the area of our standards & certification!
You’ll join a small, passionate team in our cozy office in the heart of Copenhagen (Wilders Plads) and get to work hands-on with building the B Corp movement in the Nordics.
