The B Leader Training

The Nordic B Leaders Training equips professionals to work hands-on with the B Corp framework — measuring what matters, improving impact, and guiding organizations through B Corp Certification. Designed by B Lab Nordics, the program covers the full B Impact Assessment across four modules delivered over 10 weeks.

What you’ll gain?

  • Insight into B Impact Assessment standards and methodology
  • Expertise to link impact and economic performance
  • Tools for innovative, long-term value creation
  • Confidence to lead structured sustainability work
  • A role in the B Leaders movement driving better business

Who is it for?

Professionals working with or advising companies — internal champions, board members, consultants, portfolio managers, and more.

How it works?

A mix of virtual and in-person sessions with case-based learning and input from the B Corp community. Each participant applies tools in practice through a selected company case.

We’re currently redesigning our B Leader training in 2025.
