Fair Work is one of the seven Impact Topics in the updated B Lab Standards. This video covers what it means to provide fair, safe, and equitable working conditions, the requirements companies must meet, and how these standards support dignity and opportunity for all workers. All B Corps must meet the requirements for each Impact Topic, along with the Foundational Requirements, tailored to their geography, industry, and size.
