Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (JEDI) is one of the seven Impact Topics in the updated B Lab Standards. This video explains why advancing justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion is essential for positive impact, what is required from companies, and how to embed these principles into business practices. All B Corps must meet the requirements for each Impact Topic, along with the Foundational Requirements, tailored to their geography, industry, and size.
